Shipping

All shipping costs are charged at a flat rate cost, based on average. The flat rate cost may be revised and updated from time to time without notice.

All New Zealand orders are sent courier tracked with Post Haste Couriers. Orders tend to be overnight / next day delivery for within New Zealand, however please allow for atleast 2-3 days if rural address or located in South Island.

All Australian Orders are sent via Parcel Point or via Aus Post. Please allow for 5 - 10 Business Day for delivery. 

Please be aware we operate from two locations - one in New Zealand and the second in Australia - your order may come from one single location or both locations depending on what you order. 

Rest of World / International packages are shipped tracked using NZ International Air. Orders are generally delivered within 14 days to the United States. For Canada and Western Europe please allow up to one month due to country customs clearance, other countries allow additional time on top of this. Please note that we are not responsible for custom charges that you may incur by purchasing through our site - please take the time to look at your home country's custom and tax laws. 

We are aware that shipping from New Zealand and Australia is expensive and takes a long time due to our proximity to the world; unfortunately we cannot control the shipping charges or times and we thank you for understanding.

*Please note all delivery times are an estimate only and may on the odd occasion take longer to arrive, especially during busy holiday periods, so please allow atleast 2-5 additional extra working days over known busy holiday periods.
